Users of Halliburton's monitoring platform face navigation and comprehension challenges, especially with new features, leading to inefficiency. To solve this, we're systematically enhancing usability through design improvements and user testing, aiming for a more intuitive platform and improved customer satisfaction.
With expertise in design and strategy, we led collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to improve Halliburton's monitoring platform. Our two-week sprint cycles allowed for focused work streams, systematically addressing navigation and usability challenges. Leveraging design prowess, we refined the platform's interface and functionality, ensuring alignment with user needs. Through rigorous testing, our aim was to deliver a more intuitive platform, enhancing overall user experience.
Approach
Our approach was structured around collaborative sprints tailored to Halliburton's priorities. Each sprint began with defining features in line with Halliburton's needs. We conducted comprehensive market research to inform our design direction, ensuring our solutions were grounded in current industry trends and user preferences.
For research, we implemented A/B testing methodologies to assess different design iterations, allowing us to make data-driven decisions. Usability and user testing were pivotal in validating our design solutions.
